1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Matka - The Game of Cards ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules, entry fee, prize structure, eligibility requirements, and other conditions displayed on the Platform.
2. Intellectual Property Rights

4. User Registration & Accounts

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Virtual Coins & Simulator Guidelines
You may be required to create an account to access certain features, participate in game sessions, enter contests, or manage your account balance.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must immediately notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Entry Fees, Game Participation & Prizes
Certain games or contests available through the Service may require an entry fee or other participation fee. The applicable entry fee, prize structure, number of winners, and other participation conditions will be displayed on the Platform before participation.
- By confirming participation in a paid game, you authorize the applicable entry fee to be deducted from your available account balance or processed through the supported payment method.
- Prizes, rewards, or winnings will be credited or paid in accordance with the applicable game rules and the prize structure displayed before participation.
- You are responsible for reviewing the game rules, entry fee, prize structure, eligibility requirements, and other applicable conditions before joining a game.
- We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or void a game session where required due to technical problems, suspected fraud, security issues, system errors, or other circumstances affecting the integrity of the game. Where applicable, refunds or other remedies will be handled in accordance with the relevant game rules and applicable requirements.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than its intended gaming and entertainment purposes.
- Using the Service for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
- Creating or using multiple accounts where prohibited by the Platform.
- Using unauthorized software, scripts, exploits, automation, or tools intended to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to manipulate game results, rankings, balances, transactions, or prize outcomes.
- Colluding with other users or engaging in coordinated activity intended to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Service.
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or information.
- Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods.
- Systematically retrieving or copying data or Content from the Service without our written permission.
- Engaging in activity that interferes with the integrity, security, availability, or normal operation of the Service.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, payment, or account-related processes.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting or suspending access, cancelling affected transactions or game participation, or terminating an account where permitted by applicable law.
7. Fair Play & Game Integrity
We are committed to maintaining the integrity of the games available through the Service.
Users are expected to participate fairly and comply with the applicable rules of each game. Any attempt to manipulate game mechanics, outcomes, rankings, balances, or other aspects of gameplay is prohibited.
Where a game is affected by a technical malfunction, system error, security incident, or other issue that materially affects its integrity, we may take reasonable measures to protect users and the Platform, including suspending or cancelling the affected game session where appropriate.
8. Payments, Withdrawals & Account Balances
Where payment, entry fee, withdrawal, or other financial features are available, such transactions are subject to the applicable payment procedures, verification requirements, limits, fees, and processing conditions displayed on the Platform. We may require identity, account, payment, or other verification before processing certain transactions. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided by you is accurate and that you are authorized to use the relevant payment method. We may delay, reject, reverse, or suspend a transaction where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, technical errors, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable requirements.9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service. 11. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including games, features, entry fees, prize structures, limits, or other functionality.
Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting users will be communicated through the Platform.
We may temporarily suspend access to the Service for maintenance, security, technical issues, updates, or other operational reasons.
